Who is eligible to apply for scholarship?
- ELIGIBILITY
The eligibility requirements for applicant’s scholarship are as follows:
1. Must be a District 6, Quezon City resident
2. Must be enrolled / registered / accepted at a recognized educational institution at the time of scholarship application
3. Must meet the qualifications for the scholarship category being applied for
QUALIFICATIONS
SCHOLARSHIP FOR TERTIARY STUDENTS
Economic Scholarship
1. Must be a graduate of a Quezon City public or private high school
2. Must apply with/maintain a General Weighted Average of at least 3.0 or its equivalent
3. Must belong to any of the following groups: indigent families, displaced/relocated families, and vulnerable and marginalized sectors (PWDs, Kasambahays, ALS graduates, solo parents, children in conflict with the law, families of tricycle drivers and operators)
- What Are The Eligibility Requirements That A Scholarship Applicant Needs?
General Requirements
1. Copy of QCitizen ID
2. Proof of school registration / enrollment / acceptance for the current school year or semester
3. True Copy of Grades / Transcript of Records / Form 137/ Form 138 for the previous semester or school year
4. eApplication Form with the following attachments:
a. Notarized Attestation and Undertaking
b. Latest 2×2 photo with white background and name plate
c. Specimen signature with white background
d. Parent Consent Form for applicants below 18 years old
Additional Requirements
Economic Scholarship:
Course Curriculum
Any of the following documents to confirm parents’ income:
a. Latest ITR of parents
b. Parents Affidavit of Non-filing of Income Tax Return
c. Certificate of Tax Exemption from BIR
d. Certificate of Indigency from Barangay or DSWD
e. Proof that the person is registered with SSS as Kasambahay
f. DepEd Certification of Equivalency for ALS Graduate
g. Solo Parent ID issued by QC / Certificate from DSWD
h. DSWD Certificate for Children in Conflict with the Law
i. Latest copy of contract or Proof of Income for children of OFWs
Who is Eligible to apply for Small income Generating Assistance(SIGA)?
Mga Kwalipikado para sa Small Income Generating Assistance (SIGA) Program:
- Residente ng Lungsod Quezon at namamalagi sa kaslukuyang address sa loon ng 6 na buwan;
- May edad 18-59 taong gulang
- May sapat na kakayanan na magpatakbo ng negosyo
- Hindi hihigit sa 12,000.00 ang kabuuang kita kada buwan para sa limang (5) miyembro ng pamilya (base sa poverty threshold na itinalaga ng National Government)
- May umiiral na negosyo na may maliiy na puhunan o nagsara ang negosyo at nais na buksan o magsimula muli
- Hindi pa nakakatanggap ng pangkabuhayang pinsansyal mula sa ibang programa ng Quezon City tulad ng PAGKAKABUHAYANG QC< TINDAHAN NI ATE JOY, o mula sa mga programa na anumang ahensya katulad ng LIVELIHOOD ASSISTANCE GRANT (LAG) NG DSWD, o mula sa programang Pangkabuhayan ng DOLE.
Requirements para sa aplikasyon ng Small Income Generating Assistance (SIGA) Program:
- Quezon City ID
- Personal na liham
- Individual Barangay Indigency na ang purpose ay SSDD Capital Assistance (isusumite kapag ikaw ay qualified na mula sa pagsusuri ng SSDD)

- Residente ng Distrito Sais, Lungsod ng Quezon
- May edad 18 pataas at may valid ID
- Hindi pa nakakatangap ng financial assistance sa DSWD sa nakaraang tatlong (3) buwan.
- Requirements para sa aplikasyon ng Assistance to Individual in crisis situations program:
- Government issued ID with Address
- Barangay Indigency (purpose: DSWD FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE – Complete Full Name including Middle Name) both original and photocopy with 3 specimen signatures,
